InvestInSeven.com and the Invest in Seven mobile application (the “Website”) is operated by Invest in Seven LLC (sometimes referred to as “we,” “our” or “Invest in Seven” hereinafter). Invest in Seven has created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to the privacy of our visitors and Members. Invest in Seven is committed to respecting your privacy and recognizing your need for appropriate protection and management of personally identifiable information you share with us (the phrases “personally identifiable information” and “personal information” mean any information by which you, individually, can be identified, such as your name, email address, address, telephone number, etc.). Member Account Information. When you create a Member Account, you will provide information that could be personal information, such as your name, username, password, email address, profile picture, location, and company affiliation. You acknowledge that this information may be personal to you, and by creating a Member Account on the Service and providing personal information to us, you allow others, including us, to identify you and therefore may not be anonymous. You may unsubscribe from these messages through your Member Account settings, although we, regardless, reserve the right to contact you when we believe it is necessary, such as for Member Account recovery purposes.
Subscriptions. In order to access the Service, you must purchase a Subscription. When purchasing a Subscription, you allow us to collect personal information such as your name, address, email address, and phone number. We will use this information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Financial Information. We may also collect financial information, such as your payment method (valid credit card number, credit card type, expiration date, or other financial information). That information is collected and stored by our third-party payment processing company (the “Payment Processor”) and use and storage of that information is governed by the Payment’s Processor’s applicable terms of service and privacy policy. We may from time-to-time request and receive some of your financial information from our Payment Processor for the purposes of completing transactions you have initiated through the Services, such as a Member Subscription, to protect against or identify possible fraudulent transactions, and otherwise as needed to manage the Service.
Member Content. Some features of the Service allow you to provide Content to the Service. All Content submitted by you to the Service may be retained by us indefinitely, even after you terminate your Member Account. We may continue to disclose such Content to third parties in a manner that does not reveal personal information, as described in this Privacy Policy.
IP Address Information and Other Information Collected Automatically. We automatically receive and record information from your web browser when you interact with the Service, including your IP address and cookie information. This information is used for fighting spam/malware and also to facilitate collection of data concerning your interaction with the Service (e.g., what links you have clicked on).

Opt Out. You may also delete your Member Account by emailing support@investinseven.com. If you terminate your Member Account, any association between your Member Account and information we store will no longer be accessible through your Member Account. However, given the nature of sharing on the Service, any public activity on your Member Account prior to deletion will remain stored on our servers and will remain accessible to the public.
Information Retention. Your personal information will be retained by us for as long as we operate the Website, unless you have requested that your personal information be removed as set forth herein. When those purposes come to an end, we shall securely delete the personal data.
Your Privacy Rights. Depending on your state of residence, you may have certain rights regarding the personal information we collect about you, including the:
